We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Buyer’s remorse

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.
To request a replacement or resolution:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.
